Vendor Application

Applications are due February 28, 2025 by 11:59 P.M.
Applicants will be notified by the end of March regarding their acceptance.

Hours:

Thursday, August 7, and Friday, August 8, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Setup is Wednesday, August 6, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cleanup is Saturday, August 9, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.

Guidelines:

Vendors may only sell original pieces that they have produced themselves. Vendors may not sell, display, or give away any other merchandise.

All items need to respect copyright and trademark laws and may not violate the rights of others. Vendors may not sell any piece that contains a trademark of The Way International, unless the vendor has obtained prior written permission from The Way.

Space is limited. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The Way cannot guarantee that every applicant will be accepted.

There will be a one-time space rental fee. Vendor space includes (choose one):

  • One 8-foot table and two folding chairs in a 6' x 10' space. (Rental fee: $75)
  • No furniture. Vendor will provide their own furniture for use within 6' x 10' space. (Rental fee: $75)
  • Half of a 6' x 10' space - including half 8-foot table and one folding chair (space shared by another vendor). (Rental fee: $40)

Space rental fee payable upon notice of acceptance. Full payment reserves your Marketplace spot.

Any and all proceeds you earn from sales of items/products at the Event will belong solely to you. Vendor is responsible for all sales transactions, including equipment to receive payments via online payment platforms and managing Ohio sales tax obligations. Please refer to the Ohio Department of Taxation’s guidelines.

There is no security provided during sales hours or closed hours (including overnight). Vendors are encouraged to stay with their products when the Marketplace tent is open for sales and remove items overnight that could be damaged by weather including rain and damp conditions.

The Way International reserves the right to cancel the Vendor's invitation to participate in the ROA Marketplace if they fail to follow to these guidelines, which include the ROA Marketplace Terms and Conditions.
