All registrations include a Thanksgiving supper banquet as well as coffee and pastries on Sunday morning. For all other meals, participants can enjoy dining at local restaurants or their hotels.

To change your selections for the Thanksgiving supper banquet (including your dining location), visit your Registration Confirmation and click the "Modify Meal Selections" button any time before registration closes.

If you need to make a change after registration has ended, please reach out via the Acts Alive website Contact Us page.

Although it is not available to select afternoon workshops until the Early Bird Registration opens on April 1, 2026, the full list of workshops will be available prior to that date so that you can have your plan set before you start your registration. Then get ready to sign up early — afternoon workshops will fill quickly!

All general sessions will be live translated in French and Spanish. In addition, certain workshops will be led by French or Spanish speakers presenting in those languages (indicated in the workshop details).

In order to participate in live translations at the general sessions, each individual must bring their own headphones and Wi-Fi-enabled electronic device (i.e., smartphone, tablet, or laptop). Please plan to have your device fully charged for each session. Charging outlets will not be provided during sessions.

You can change your afternoon workshop selections at any time after registering but prior to the registration deadline. Simply visit your Registration Confirmation and click the "Modify Workshops" button. 

If you (or someone in your group) are no longer able to attend Acts Alive, it is available to transfer your event registration. This will include the workshop and meal selections for that individual's registration. Please Note: Depending on when the registration is transferred, the new participant may not be able to change these selections.

Cancellation requests received no later than November 9, 2026, will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of the registration price. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after November 10, 2026. To cancel your registration, please contact The Way International via the Acts Alive website Contact Us page.

Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel reservations must be cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the first day of the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.
