Event Check-In Details
Check-in is open on Wednesday, August 6th from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
If you arrive after 5:30 PM, please go to Information Services at the Outreach Services Center to check in.
Follow the color-coded signs when you arrive:
Green Event Check-In
- For tent campers
- For RV campers arriving in a regular vehicle (not towing or driving an RV), such as:
- Someone staying with a friend who has an RV
- Someone whose rented RV has already been delivered to the grounds
- Enter the grounds via East Shelby Road
Orange Event Check-In
- For RV campers towing or driving an RV
- This is a drive-through check-in — no need to exit your vehicle! Our crew will meet you at your driver window.
- Enter the grounds via Wierwille Road from Highway 29
Red Event Check-In
- For commuters staying off-grounds in local hotels, Airbnbs, or nearby accommodations
- Enter the grounds via East Shelby Road
♿ Parking Info
Handicap parking is available in both the Commuter and Camper parking lots. You may choose to enter at either location.
