  • One-gallon jugs of potable water are sold at the General Store.
  • Ice will be for sale at the General Store.

NEW Camper's Kitchen:

Want to cook your own meal? Campers can bring propane grills (no charcoal) or a camp stove and cook at this designated area. Note, the Campers Kitchen and inside of RVs are the only locations where you can have an open flame in the camping areas.

Campers Kitchen is located north of the Camping Office and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Grey water disposal will be available for your cooking needs.

NEW Camping Office:

The Camping Office will be staffed 24 hours per day to assist tent and RV campers with any needs that may arise. Stop by to purchase shower tickets, to learn about resources such as buying propane in the local area or to schedule pumping service.

NEW Showers:

Shower trailers will be on the East end of the Tent Camping area. Attendants will be present to collect shower tickets.

There is a US$5 fee per shower. A shower pass can be purchased with your registration or on-site to receive 5 showers for US$20. If you need to purchase a shower on-site, stop by the Camping Office.

There will be no ADA-accessible showers. All shower access is via a short set of stairs.

Please bring all of the supplies needed for you to comfortably tent camp at the Rock. Here are some suggestions to help you plan:

  • an all-weather tent with rain fly or other rain protection along with any tools needed for tent setup (i.e., a hammer or mallet, as tents should be staked firmly in the ground)
  • sleeping bags that will keep people warm in 40-degree weather, blankets, and pillows, as nights at the Rock can be cool and damp
  • plastic to put under the tent to help prevent the tent from absorbing moisture from the ground and becoming damp and cold
  • an air mattress or a cot for added comfort and protection
  • water containers to transport water if needed
  • cooking equipment and supplies for use in designated cooking areas
  • a broom to sweep out the tent
  • extra plastic to use in the event of inclement weather
  • lawn chairs and a small table
  • a drying rack for towels
  • a flashlight (with extra batteries)
  • other items for your comfort and blessing

Before the Rock of Ages, we recommend you become familiar with every piece of your camping equipment.
