Please read this Participant Agreement carefully. By submitting your registration for the Rock of Ages 2025, you are giving your express agreement to be bound by the terms of this Participant Agreement. You are giving your agreement not only on your own behalf but also on behalf of any minor child(ren) for which you are legally responsible.

Code of Conduct
The Way International is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience at the Rock of Ages for all guests. Each participant shall conduct themselves in a manner that glorifies God and is courteous and a blessing to others. Activities that disturb the rights of other participants will not be allowed. It is important that everyone attending the Rock of Ages has an enjoyable time. 

Wristbands and Vehicle Permits
Wristbands must be worn at all times and vehicle permits displayed at all times throughout the entire event.

Weapons, Illegal Substances, Marijuana, Alcohol
Weapons, illegal substances, marijuana, and alcohol are not permitted at the Rock of Ages. Smoking tobacco products is permitted in designated areas only. No smoking is allowed in the tent or RV campgrounds.

Pets
We cannot accommodate pets on the grounds of The Way International, including in any parking areas. During the Rock of Ages, pet owners are expected to make other arrangements. Trained service animals are allowed. If a participant with a disability needs to bring their service animal, they should note this on their registration form.

Bicycles, Skateboards, Roller Skates, Rollerblades, Hover Boards
The use of bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, rollerblades, hover boards, or any other recreational wheeled vehicle is not allowed on any property being used for the Rock of Ages, including parking areas. If a participant requires the use of a wheelchair or mobility scooter for accessibility, they should note this on their registration form.

Drones
Drones are not permitted at the Rock of Ages or over any property being used for the Rock of Ages, including parking areas, at any altitude.

Children
Parents are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their minor children under the age of 18 for the duration of the event. The Way International does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors. Parents/guardians may be held legally liable for all acts of the children under their care. Parents staying off grounds should make provisions for their minor children to stay with them. Children are not allowed to camp on the grounds alone or unsupervised. The Way International does not recommend tent camping with children 12 months old or younger.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee. If a request is received less than 30 days before the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after July 30, 2025. To cancel your registration or transfer a registration payment to another individual, a participant must contact The Way International via the Rock of Ages website Contact Us link.

No refunds will be issued if events at the Rock of Ages are cancelled or a portion of the events are cancelled as a result of inclement weather, strikes, public riot, civil disturbance, or other causes beyond the control of The Way International.

Photography and Video Recording
Photographs and video recordings will be taken during this event by The Way International. By attending the Rock of Ages ’25, Participant indicates his or her permission for The Way International to use or publish any such photos or videos of Participant or Participant's minor child(ren), whether in print or digital form. 

Safety and Security
The Shelby County Sherriff’s Department and Bless Patrol will be available for assistance beginning Wednesday morning. Participant agrees to abide by all directions or instructions given by duly constituted authority at all times while on any property used for the Rock of Ages. Any violation may result in ejection without refund of any portion of the ticket price.

Revocable License
All registration tickets, wristbands, and camping permits represent a revocable license and may be revoked and admission refused for any cause at the discretion of The Way International. The Way International reserves the right to revoke this license and the right to refuse to admit and/or the right to eject any person, due to conduct which is deemed by The Way International to be disorderly, obnoxious, dangerous, risky or disruptive, or if an individual fails to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and/or any direction or instruction given by The Way International's officials or employees, and no refund or any portion for the ticket purchase price need be provided.

Assumption of Risk
Every activity sponsored by The Way International is carefully planned and adequately supervised. However, Participant acknowledges that even with the best of planning and precaution, unforeseen events can occur. Participant expressly assumes all risk and danger incidental to attending the Rock of Ages, whether occurring prior to, during, or after such Rock of Ages, and resulting in injury or loss of property and agrees that The Way International, its management, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from such causes.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law and in consideration of the activities, services, and/or property provided, Participant, on behalf of Participant’s self and any minor children for which they are legally responsible, releases The Way International, its agents, employees, and volunteers from any liability and waives any claim for damages arising from any cause whatsoever, even if caused by the negligence of the parties being released, other than claims, liabilities, or damages based on the wanton or willful misconduct of The Way International, its management, agents, or employees.

Campsite Agreement
Participants who rent a campsite from The Way International agree to: 

  1. place all garbage in designated receptacles;
  2. not have open flames or enclosed fire pits;
  3. use camp stoves and propane grills in designated cooking areas only;
  4. observe quiet hours and be respectful with noise levels in all camping areas;
  5. use only solar or gas-powered inverter generators that are no more than 65 decibels in a RV campsite (only solar-powered generators are permitted in tent campsites);
  6. adhere to all other terms contained herein that relate to camping at The Way International.

Campsite Check-In
RV and tent campsites are assigned as renters arrive, so the only way you can be assured of camping next to friends is to arrive together. Campsites cannot be “saved” for late arrivals. All campsites must be emptied by 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Camping is not allowed in any ROA parking lots. Camping is only available in designated RV and tent camping sites.

Campground Quiet Hours
Campground quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each day. Please maintain respectful noise levels in the camping areas at all time. Sound systems are not permitted in campgrounds at any time.

Gas-powered inverter generators up to 65 decibels may be used in RV campsites only. They are not allowed to be used during quiet hours.

The Way International reserves the right to revise or modify these policies, terms and conditions with or without notice.
