Are children welcome at the event?

Children 12 to 17 years of age are welcome to attend God's Word in Culture Worldwide (GWICW) under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian or a temporary legal guardian. The registration fee is US$230 per attendee. Each child must be registered by their parent or legal guardian. If the parent or legal guardian is attending the event, please use the group registration process to register each child. If a minor will be under the supervision of someone designated as a temporary legal guardian for the event, they can be registered individually.

A separate Mothers' Room will be available for mothers with children 12 months old and younger.

If a family chooses to bring children under 12 years of age, there are family-friendly activities in Indianapolis that children could enjoy with a caregiver while parents participate in the event. Please check out visitindy.com for more information.

Can I cancel my registration?

If you would like to cancel your registration, please contact us using this online form. For cancellations requested prior to the first day of the event, all but US$60 of the registration fee will be refunded.

Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel reservations must be cancelled at least one week prior to the first day of the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee.

Will live translations be available at the event?

Yes, the event will be translated in French and Spanish. In order to participate in live translations, each individual must bring their own headphones and wi-fi enabled electronic device (i.e., smart phone, tablet or laptop). Please plan to have your device fully charged for each session. Charging outlets will not be provided during sessions.
