Please make your hotel reservations during your event registration process to ensure access to the discounted hotel rates for our event. Discounted rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved by March 11, 2024, to secure the discount.

Please make your roommate arrangements prior to making your hotel reservations. This will avoid booking too many rooms and will help the hotel management accurately assess the number of rooms they have available.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation for any reason, please do so by one week prior to the first day of the reservation to avoid a cancellation fee. To cancel a hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly.
