Reserving Hotel Rooms
On the confirmation page, a link to reserve your hotel rooms at the discounted rate is provided. Discounted rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and must be reserved by March 11, 2024 to secure the discount. Please make your roommate arrangements prior to making your hotel reservations. This will avoid booking too many rooms and help the hotel management accurately assess the number of rooms they have available.
Group Registration
It is available to register multiple people at one time. During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like to add another person. Then, you can complete the registration information for each participant in your group. Once everyone is added, you can proceed to pay for the entire group at one time.
Registering Minors (12–17 years old)
Children 12 to 17 years of age are welcome to attend under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian or a temporary legal guardian.
Each child must be registered by their parent or legal guardian. If the parent or legal guardian is attending the event, please use the group registration process to register each child. If a minor will be under the supervision of someone designated as a temporary legal guardian for the event, the minor's parent or legal guardian must register them individually.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations requested prior to the first day of the event, all but US$60 of the registration fee will be refunded. If you would like to cancel your registration, please contact us using this online form.
